During your free time in the afternoon on the second day of the tour, you can choose the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour, visit some friends, or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon. Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide. Depending on the availability of the Alcatraz tour, you may or may not be able to visit Alcatraz.

Please inform your tour guide that you wish to visit Alcatraz and how to go about visiting that sight.

Day 1: We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each room that is booked on a reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.

**If your flight should become delayed or changed for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal office hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**

* Arrive outside of the complimentary airport transfer time frames.
* Have flight delays, requiring last minute additional late night/delayed airport transfers.

Day 4: Arrive in Los Angeles at around 7:00 p.m. with complimentary drop-off to LAX.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m. We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near LAX. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX the following morning

We strongly recommend that you book your flight arrivals within the time frames which are noted and departure flight times after the times indicated.

Hotels provided to customers are based upon availability. You will not be able to choose which hotel you will be staying at on tour.

Yes, you do not have to take the las vegas night tour. The bus will stop at the hotel before it departs for the night tour.
